1. Shipping region and delivery time
   We currently ship from our warehouse in Norway, covering most regions around the world (some countries/regions may be restricted). The order will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after payment confirmation (excluding customs clearance time).
   During peak hours (such as holidays) or in case of force majeure factors (weather, customs inspection, etc.), delays may occur. We will notify you by email.
2. Freight calculation
   The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the order weight, destination and logistics service provider. The final cost will be displayed on the checkout page. Standard free shipping service is available for orders within Norway.
3. Logistics tracking
   After shipment, you will receive an email containing the tracking number (email: orexi@westkitchener.com), and you can check the progress through the carrier ‘s official website (such as Posten Norge, DHL, etc.).
4. Customs and Taxes
   International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which shall be borne by the recipient. The specific fees are subject to the customs policies of the destination country. It is recommended to consult the local customs department in advance.
