1. About returns and refundsWe currently do not support no-reason returns or refunds, including but not limited to the following situations:
    The goods have no quality issues and the packaging is intact.
    Due to the customer’s subjective reasons (such as dissatisfaction with color/size, mispurchase, etc.);
    Unopened or used goods (for hygiene and safety considerations).
  2. Handling of exceptional cases
    If the goods you receive have quality issues or are damaged during transportation, please be sure to:

    After verification, we will offer you an exchange or a full refund (defective items must be returned).
  3. Precautions
    All products undergo strict quality inspection before shipment. Please inspect the express delivery on the spot.
    Customized and fresh produce items (such as knives with engraved characters and perishable goods) are not eligible for return or exchange.
    For returned items due to incorrect address or rejection, the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
